PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY

Please bring your own help to load heavy items, we cannot guarantee that we will always have staff on hand to help load.
Please be on time and ready to load your items, and be mindful of customers there before and coming in after.
We want all of our customers (old and new!) to come in and preview, please be mindful of the back loading and unloading area so we can get everyone in and out in a timely fashion.
If for any reason you cannot make your appointment (we get it things happen!) please reach out to us! If you are a no-show to your appointment and do not notify us, you will be charged a $25 no-show fee.
Please read the pick-up information lot at the beginning of each auction, this will have the address for pick up (if it's onsite), as well as when the deadline is to pick up your purchases.
If you do not have an appointment, we cannot guarantee you will be helped on arrival depending on demand. If you have trouble making an appointment please call us and we will assist you or make an appointment for you.
We try to accommodate everyone but we also have these rules set in place to make picking up your purchases easy and hassle-free!
